After a rather sedentary Christmas Break followed by a week on vacation in the Dominican Republic it's about time I turned my attention back to my workout goals.
Vacation wasn't a total loss physically. I walked pretty much everywhere, swam, ate a lot more fruits and veggies, and went rock climbing once. Also, started my rock climbing class today, so doing that once a week, plus practicing in my spare time shouldn't hurt any.
