Gettin Back on That Metaphorical Horse

After a rather sedentary Christmas Break followed by a week on vacation in the Dominican Republic it's about time I turned my attention back to my workout goals.
Vacation wasn't a total loss physically. I walked pretty much everywhere, swam, ate a lot more fruits and veggies, and went rock climbing once. Also, started my rock climbing class today, so doing that once a week, plus practicing in my spare time shouldn't hurt any.
So, here are some new pics and stats:

Maybe finals week wasn't the best time to start this...

But really... when is? I woke up way too sore this morning, given how light a workout I did last night. The hardest part for me is going to be getting on a routine again... God I'm lazy

On the bright side: gaining weight in itself should be easiest this time of year, so at least I have that going for me

The Plan

So here's the plan...
Taking a cue from lilly's bikini quest blog, I've decided to do something similar with making my workout/weight gaining over the next semester public, and bless the blogging world with photos of my progress.... or lack thereof

However, since I'm lazy... and daily changes are nearly impossible to notice (and I don't want to make 50 blog posts saying that I didn't do anything that day), it's going to go week by week. Other than obligate photos, I'll focus mostly on chest size and weight, since that is traditionally what I struggle with rather than arms, back or tone.

Let's start then shall we?

Weight: 139 (probably the lightest I've been since high school.... thank you semester of overnight shifts and way too many credits)

Chest: 34"














































Well... I guess this just means there's a lot of room for improvement haha
